For this reason we spend a great deal of time selecting our hotels which are more often than not, the best in any given locale. And for Oasis it's not just enough to stay in the best hotels: where available we choose priority rooms or specific rooms of preference.

We believe that eating and drinking well is an integral part of traveling and one's personal diet should be enhanced rather than displaced whilst on the road. We work hard to provide choice and the best of regional cuisine. We know that heavy meals repeated day after day take their toll and for that we purposely build into each itinerary meals that are on your own, where you can 'order up', go to a local restaurant, or have the hotel prepare something more akin to the type of meal you're craving from home.

So whether we're dining informally, being guests at a diplomatic residence or private home, or eating in a restaurant that serve the best local cuisine imaginable, and that no one has written or knows about - yet, it's all part of the process, setting the stage for those unexpected moments that make each journey unique.
