Richard Koegl, Executive Director of Oasis, often travels as Tour Director on many Oasis journeys. His passion for travel is surpassed only by his desire to share his enthusiasm and knowledge with others. And small groups mean both the Guest Lecturer and Tour Director will have more time to spend with you, more time to get to know you, and more time to share insights and experiences.

THE PEOPLE BEHIND OASIS

The person behind Oasis' unique vision is Richard Koegl, a veteran of high end, educational and adventure travel. His art in knowing how to piece together the globe for both the novice and expert traveler can reveal experiences that transcend the typical. Working with the 'vision' is a passionate team of writers, researchers, designers and travelers who all bring diverse business and creative talents to the company. Richard is also a professional photographer whose photographs grace the pages of not only Oasis' brochures, but many of the America's leading educational, travel, scientific and cultural publications.

Oasis' dynamic team of travel specialists is headed by Kathii Benn, President of K. Benn Travel and Oasis' exclusive operator. Kathii's group of professionals are experts in the world at large and their goal is to ensure a safe, comfortable, rewarding and detailed travel experience. K. Benn Travel is a full service travel agency and is ready to answer questions, respond to special requests and impart years of experience to travelers who want to explore beyond the tourist clichés.
